Oh My Veggies Ginger Watermelon Ice packs a flavour punch! Super yummy, and oh so simple. I cut the sugar back to nothing, and add a couple of spoonfuls of maple syrup instead to make it even healthier.

Chocolate truffles? Yes, please! I love this recipe from May I Have The Recipe. Rich chocolate with some nut butter and yoghurt. Couldn’t be easier. And if you’re catering vegan or dairy free, it’s super simple to adapt.

I think I’ll save mine for morning tea.
