Our Privacy Policy supports and endorses the Australian Privacy Principles and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information collection and use

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Third Party Privacy Policies

We may share your data with the third party vendors, Service providers, contractors or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the website, which will and enable them to collect data about how you interact with the website over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyse and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand online activity. We do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for the promotional purposes.

Advertising Partner Privacy Policies

Third party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Hello Natural Living, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalise the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that Hello Natural Living has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third party advertisers.

Do Not Track

Most Web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal at your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. Is a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you of that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

GDPR Compliance

Protecting your data is important to us. We are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”.

“Data” refers to any information we have that can be used to personally identify you.

Your Data will be stored securely by our email marketing client when you opt in to subscribe to Our service via filling in forms on our Site.

  • Your Data is used to contact you via email when we send newsletters, updates, reminders and other types of promotional marketing. You provide specific consent for this when you sign up to our site.
  • Your Data will be stored for the length of your subscription or until you request us to delete it.
  • You can opt out at anytime by unsubscribing from our emails.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collected in Hello Natural Living. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

We retain information for as long as required, allowed or we believe it useful, but do not undertake retention obligations. We may dispose of information in our discretion without notice, subject to applicable law that specifically requires the handling or retention of information. You must keep your own, separate backup records.
